Turn around time (TAT)

This is listed on each item, in business days. Business days is defined as Monday- Friday excluded holidays. Most items are made to order & are 10-15 business days.

Shipping

I use USPS & UPS to ship. Transit time is not included in the stated TAT. All packages have insurance. Once the item in dropped off at the courier, it is no longer in my hands. If an item gets lost or damaged in transit, a claim must be submitted to the carrier for a refund. If you item is lost or damaged please reach out to me and let me know so I can submit the claim for your refund. This is the only logical way for me to handle issues caused by the shipping carriers as this is of no fault of my own.

These signs are not weatherproof

I seal all my signs with a clear coat spray. All my signs are made out of wood. With that being said, they are not going to last a lifetime in the sun/rain. Any long term exposure to these elements will age the wood & paint. I suggest having the sign under a covered porch or behind a clear door.
